  • affiliates from using your information to market to you
  • sharing for nonaffiliates to market to you

Definitions
Affiliates Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfi nancial companies. 
  • Trico Community Federal Credit Union
Nonaffiliates Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.

These may include but not limited to: insurance co., govt. agencies, plastic card processors, financial statement publishers or printers, mailhouse, mortgage services, and data processors.
