Q – What do I need to open an account?
A - Individual: Driver’s License, Social Security Card, $10, Proof of Address
     Child: Birth certificate, Social Security Card, $5

Q – How do I activate my debit card/PIN?
A - Call 866-985-2273

Q – Do you accept Canadian currency?
A - No

Q – Do you have an on site coin machine?
A – Yes, it is FREE for members

Q – Do you offer student loans?
A – No.

Q – Does Trico Community Federal Credit Union sell or share my email or account information with third parties?
A – Absolutely not

Q – What can I do if I suspect fraudulent activity on my account(s)?

Q- What is concerned a “strong password”?
A - Strong Passwords are at least seven characters in length and contain the following:

  • Contain UPPER and lower case letters
  • Contain numbers
  • Contain special characters such as ' ~ ! @ # $ % ^ & * ( ) + = { } [ ] < > ? /
  • DO NOT contain your name
  • DO NOT contain common words or names
